• Analyze financial results and explain variances and trends
• Develop financial models to support supply chain and operational decisions
• Create and present weekly and monthly performance reporting (P&L, KPIs, labor)
• Partner cross-functionally with supply chain and operations leaders
• Identify risks, opportunities, and efficiency improvements through data analysis Qualifications for the Senior FP&A Analyst: • 3+ years of experience in FP&A or financial analysis
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills
• Experience working with large, complex data sets
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
• Background supporting supply chain, logistics, or distribution teams preferred
