Senior Financial Analyst

Austin, TX (On-site with limited flexibility)
$90,000 – $110,000 + bonus

This is a high-impact Senior Financial Analyst role sitting at the intersection of FP&A and commercial finance. You’ll partner closely with revenue and sales leadership to drive better decision-making, improve profitability, and bring more structure and visibility to the business.

This position is ideal for someone who likes to take ownership, work independently, and build processes—not just maintain them.

• Own revenue and gross profit forecasting, including volume, pricing, and cost assumptions
• Support budgeting, planning, and ongoing performance tracking
• Deliver clear, actionable reporting and insights to senior leadership
• Reconcile financial and sales data to improve accuracy and transparency
• Continuously refine reporting processes and improve data quality
• Identify inefficiencies in current FP&A processes and implement improvements
• Build automated workflows to reduce manual work and increase speed
• Leverage modern tools (Excel, Google Sheets, and AI tools) to streamline analysis
• Partner with Accounting and Finance Operations to support month-end close
• Contribute to broader finance and business initiatives
• Lead or support ad hoc projects with visibility across leadership

• 6+ years of experience in FP&A or commercial finance
• Experience supporting revenue, sales, or go-to-market teams
• Strong financial modeling and analytical skills (Excel or Google Sheets)
• Comfortable working with large datasets and turning data into insights
