The Senior Director of Finance is a strategic finance leader and key business partner to senior leadership. This Senior Director of Finance will drive planning, performance, and investment decisions while leading a high-performing team and influencing business strategy.

• Partner with leadership to drive strategy, performance, and investment decisions
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Analyze key drivers (revenue, margin, costs) and deliver actionable insights
• Evaluate investments and build financial models/scenarios
• Ensure accuracy and governance of financial reporting
• Lead and develop a high-performing finance team

• Bachelor’s in Accounting or Finance
• 10–15 years of relevant finance experience with leadership responsibility
• Background in manufacturing, consumer products, or similar
