Rockwoods is specifically looking for candidates with 6–10+ years of hands-on experience building production-grade data pipelines. Profiles with only academic or tool-based exposure will not be considered.

Role Overview

Rockwoods is looking for a strong Data Engineer who has built reliable, production-grade data pipelines and has exposure to AI-driven data use cases.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and scale data pipelines and workflows in production
• Develop dbt-based transformation layers
• Optimize Snowflake performance and cost
• Implement API and event-driven ingestion pipelines
• Ensure data quality, validation, and reliability
• Support AI/ML data workflows and integrations

What We’re Looking For

• 6–10+ years of hands-on data engineering experience
• Strong experience with Python, dbt, Snowflake
• Proven track record building production-grade pipelines
• Experience with Airflow or similar orchestration tools xywuqvp
• Solid understanding of data modeling and transformation
• Experience working with large-scale data systems
• Exposure to AI/ML pipelines is a plus
