Senior Cybersecurity Analyst (pci Program Lead)

About the Role

Step into a high-impact role where you’ll shape and elevate an organization’s cybersecurity posture—owning and driving a critical PCI compliance program from the ground up. This is not a support role—you will lead strategy, execution, and continuous improvement from day one. In this position, you’ll serve as a senior security consultant, identifying vulnerabilities, closing security gaps, and leading enterprise-wide initiatives. You’ll take ownership of PCI compliance efforts, conducting gap analyses, building project plans, and partnering with stakeholders across IT, legal, and business teams to ensure alignment and execution. What You’ll Do Lead PCI compliance initiatives end-to-end, including gap assessments and roadmap execution Develop and enhance security policies, standards, and procedures Conduct complex risk assessments, including third‑party/vendor risk Lead incident response efforts and guide advanced security investigations Oversee vulnerability management and strengthen security operations Drive security awareness programs and mentor internal teams on best practices Collaborate with cybersecurity engineers and IT leadership to enhance tools and processes Evaluate emerging threats and implement forward‑looking security solutions What You Bring 8–12 years of cybersecurity experience, with proven ownership of PCI compliance programs Strong expertise in risk assessments, incident response, and security operations Experience with governance, risk, and compliance tools (e.g., Archer) Exceptional documentation, organization, and project management skills Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership Nice To Have QSA or ISA certification Healthcare industry experience Additional Details 12‑month contract with strong potential for extension Hybrid schedule (2–3 days onsite in Boise, ID) Competitive hourly rate If you’re a hands‑on cybersecurity leader who thrives on ownership, strategy, and execution—this is an opportunity to make a measurable impact. #J-18808-Ljbffr
