Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5+ years of experience in business and systems analysis within a software or product development environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in requirements analysis, use case development, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
• Experience working with complex data environments and analytical platforms; familiarity with programming, scripting, or querying tools (e.g., SQL, Python, R, or similar).
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to operate effectively in unstructured, ambiguous environments.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse stakeholder groups.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience deploying or supporting Palantir Foundry, Gotham, or similar enterprise analytics platforms
• Background working directly with customers or end users in operational, data-intensive environments
• Comfort presenting to executive leadership and facilitating workshops or training sessions
• High adaptability and strong customer and outcome orientation
