About the Role
This role includes leading audit engagements, preparing financial statements, and assisting with tax return preparation. We are looking for someone who thrives in both independent and team-based work environments.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage audit engagements from planning through completion.
- Prepare financial statements in accordance with relevant standards.
- Assist with tax return preparation (scope based on experience).
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
- Collaborate with team members and maintain strong client communication.
- Utilize accounting software and technology effectively.
- 3+ years of audit and/or tax experience (required).
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of computer proficiency.
- CPA license or active CPA candidate strongly preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting (required).
Salary: $80,000–$130,000 per year (commensurate with experience, skills, and knowledge).
