Senior Attorney - Arkansas Licensed, a full-time position, responsible for leading complex contract negotiations, advising on regulatory compliance, and managing dispute and litigation matters while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Key Responsibilities Lead drafting, review, and negotiation of client, vendor, and partner agreements Develop and implement negotiation strategies aligned with business objectives Advise on regulatory compliance and ensure contract adherence to legal requirements Required Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school 5+ years' experience as an attorney U.S. license in good standing to practice law Demonstrated experience negotiating complex commercial agreements Experience as in-house counsel supporting commercial transactions preferred
