You’ll move fast between prototyping, model fine-tuning, and building production-ready systems that inspire both developers and enterprises to push what’s possible with Daytona. What You'll Be Doing Fine-tune models to deliver exceptional performance for targeted use cases Design and share real-world examples and demos that highlight Daytona’s capabilities Collaborate with the product and platform teams to integrate agents seamlessly into Daytona’s runtime Experiment with state-of-the-art models, techniques, and architectures to push boundaries Write technical documentation, guides, and reference implementations for the community You Might Be a Fit If You Have deep experience building with LLMs and agent frameworks Can design and train/fine-tune models for specialized workflows Enjoy moving from proof-of-concept to production-level systems Care deeply about developer experience and performance optimization Communicate clearly, both with technical teams and developer communities Bonus Points Experience with reinforcement learning, multimodal models, or tool-augmented agents Background in computer interaction agents, autonomous browsing, or robotic process automation Open-source contributions to AI frameworks, agents, or orchestration systems About Daytona Daytona is building the agent-native runtime layer for modern software development.
