Our client, a global and publicly traded organization, is seeking a Senior Accounting Manager to join their U.S. accounting team. This Senior Accounting Manager role is highly visible, partners closely with leadership, and focuses on technical accounting and business support.

- Support mergers, acquisitions, and investments from an accounting perspective
- Assist with audits and work with internal teams to ensure accurate reporting
- Help improve accounting processes, policies, and use of systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; CPA required
- 6–7+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong understanding of GAAP and public company accounting
- Experience supporting audits and month‑end or quarter‑end activities
