• Support accurate financial reporting in compliance with GAAP
• Manage and reconcile donor and payment platforms (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, credit cards)
• Review grants, contracts, and donor agreements for proper revenue recognition
• Track grant budgets and support financial reporting requirements
• Assist with audits, Form 990 preparation, and process improvements Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 5+ years of accounting experience
• Prior nonprofit accounting experience
• Strong GAAP knowledge
• Experience with accounting systems; Intacct preferred
• Advanced Excel skills
