What You’ll Do

• Play a critical role in the monthly close process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and transparency
• Support SEC reporting, including preparation of financial statements and disclosures
• Research and apply technical accounting guidance under U.S. GAAP and SEC regulations
• Partner cross-functionally with multiple departments to align financial reporting with business activity
• Analyze complex transactions and translate them into clear accounting treatment and documentation
• Help strengthen internal controls and maintain compliance in a dynamic, evolving environment

What You Bring

• Strong foundation in U.S. GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
• Experience with public company reporting or readiness to step into that environment
• A proactive mindset with the ability to navigate ambiguity and fast-moving priorities
• Strong communication skills—you can explain complex accounting concepts to non-finance teams
