General Ledger & Financial Reporting

• Own and maintain accurate financial records across multiple entities in accordance with GAAP
• Prepare and post complex journal entries (accruals, intercompany, recurring, adjustments)
• Ensure integrity of the general ledger through detailed reconciliations and analysis
• Deliver timely, accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting

Month-End Close Leadership

• Lead and execute month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close processes
• Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations, resolving discrepancies quickly
• Partner cross-functionally to streamline and improve close timelines

Intercompany & Multi-Entity Accounting

• Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions and eliminations
• Support consolidated financial reporting and ensure alignment across entities

Cash & Reconciliations

• Perform bank and cash account reconciliations with precision
• Investigate and resolve variances, ensuring clean and accurate balances

AR/AP Oversight

• Support accounts receivable and accounts payable processes
• Assist with invoicing, collections, vendor payments, and aging analysis

Tax & Compliance

• Prepare and file multi-state sales and use tax returns
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and deadlines
• Assist with audits and external requests
