Senior Accountant
Salary: Up to $95,000 USD base + medical benefits (Blue Cross Blue Shield) + 2 weeks PTO

Key Responsibilities for the Senior Accountant:
• Lead and execute the month-end close; reduce close from 15 to 10 days
• Prepare and review journal entries
• Build and manage inventory accounting processes and physical counts
• Manage fixed assets
• Support process automation and improvements within Acumatica
• Deliver analytics, reporting, and variance analysis
Qualifications for the Senior Accountant:
• 3+ years of accounting experience (senior or promotable staff level)
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, analytical reporting)
• Experience in construction or operations-driven environments
• Ability to work hybrid/on-site in Pasadena, TX
