Senior Accountant

Senior Accountant (Full-Time | Onsite – Arlington Heights, IL)

We’re seeking a hands-on Senior Accountant to support core accounting operations in a fast-paced, highly manual environment. This is a full-time, onsite role with strong long-term growth potential.

What You’ll Do:

• Own general accounting activities including journal entries, reconciliations, and month-end close
• Oversee day-to-day AP and AR processing with heavy transaction volume
• Work extensively in QuickBooks Online and Excel to support reporting and accuracy
• Partner closely with leadership during a critical transition period
• Learn and maintain legacy processes while helping stabilize financial operations

What We’re Looking For:

• Strong foundation in accounting and financial statements
• Prior QuickBooks Online experience
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, complex formulas)
• Comfortable in a small-company, roll‑up‑your‑sleeves environment
• Patient, detail-oriented, and adaptable to manual processes

Nice to Have:

• Manufacturing or inventory accounting experience
• Exposure to system transitions or process improvements
