About the Role
Belk - 1234 Main Street USA Aiken - Responsibilities: Greet, engage, and assist customers warmly, creating a welcoming environment and providing personalized service to enhance customer shopping experience.; Process transactions accurately and efficiently. Handle customer inquiries, returns, and concerns with professionalism, promptness, and care.; Maintain visually appealing selling areas, merchandise presentation standards, accurate signage, fitting rooms, and cleanliness through daily recovery and stock replenishment.; Contribute to a positive store culture by building connections with teammates, sharing knowledge, and celebrating individual and team achievements.; Support store operations by assisting with store fulfillment, pricing, promotional sets, product placement, and other tasks as assigned.
