Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking a travel Outpatient Physical Therapist for a travel job in Los Angeles, California. Physical Therapist ~ Discipline: Therapy ~ Shift: 8 hours ~ Employment Type: Travel Looking for a change of scenery and a chance to help others. Join a traveling Physical Therapist assignment in Los Angeles, CA at an outpatient clinic where you will help patients recover from injuries and manage chronic conditions while experiencing a major metropolitan location. Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA. Active California Physical Therapy license required to start the assignment. Minimum: 1+ year of outpatient physical therapy experience preferred; no new graduates accepted per client request. Experience evaluating and developing individualized treatment plans, documentation of goals, letters of medical necessity, and charge entry in outpatient settings. Experience supervising or delegating to therapy assistants, students, or other discipline-specific staff preferred. Familiarity with safe patient handling, infection control, and clinic safety protocols. Ability to comply with physician orders and payer documentation requirements. Preferred: experience with functional outcome measures and outpatient electronic medical record systems. Facility Type: Outpatient clinic. Start: ASAP.
