LCS Senior Living - 100 Timber Ridge Way Northwest - Responsibilities: Lead the daily operations of the security function in the community to ensure safety of residents, staff, visitors, and property; Develop and manage the security schedule and staffing run sheets to minimize overtime; Maintain accurate records of incidents, inspections and compliance activities; Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards; Assist Director of Plant Operations with staff hiring and training
