Security Specialist

US Department of Defense - Wright-Patterson Air Force Base - Responsibilities: Serve as security program specialist executing and enforcing compliance with operational, functional, and mission assurance aspects of an integrated information security and operations security program.; Interpret Air Force (AF), Department of Defense (DoD), and other federal regulations for information security processes as they apply and are implemented within the organization.; Execute and enforce compliance with the organization personnel security program.; Interpret AF, DoD, and national regulations and laws for Personnel Security processes as they apply and are implemented within the organization.; Serve as the organization's representative for Industrial Security issues.
