About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity as required.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the residential location, including common areas, parking areas, and perimeter access points, to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or policy violations.; Monitor access points and observe on-site conditions, assisting with visitor and vehicle interactions in accordance with location protocols.; Communicate with residents, property staff, and/or emergency personnel regarding security-related matters, alarms, disturbances, and other incidents requiring attention.
