About the Role

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by greeting employees, visitors, and/or vendors at the front desk, following site-specific procedures and Allied Universal standards for the location.; Monitor access to the facility by verifying identification, issuing visitor credentials, maintaining entry records, and/or communicating with site contacts before granting access.; Answer phones, direct inquiries, and support front desk operations by providing information, documenting activity, and/or reporting concerns to appropriate personnel.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting site leadership and/or emergency services when appropriate.; Help to deter unauthorized access and other security-related concerns by observing front lobby activity, monitoring cameras and/or alarm indicators, and documenting security-related events accurately.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years security/ customer service experience?
  • High school diploma or equivalent
