About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific policies, visitor management procedures, and front desk access protocols at a financial services location; Monitor lobby and reception activity, verify identification and/or credentials, and help to deter unauthorized access in a calm, professional manner; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations at the front desk using strong communication and problem-solving skills, and escalate concerns according to site procedures; Answer phones, greet incoming guests, maintain visitor logs, and support security-related reporting and documentation for daily front desk operations; Coordinate with site contacts, emergency responders, and/or Allied Universal leadership when appropriate to address alarms, access issues, and other security-related matters
