About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, staff, and vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to the appropriate contacts; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout galleries, public areas, entrances, exits, and perimeter spaces to help to deter unwanted activity and identify security-related concerns; Monitor access points and visitor flow, assisting with directional information, policy awareness, and security-related support during exhibitions, events, and daily operations; Support the protection of artwork, exhibits, and property by observing surroundings, reporting maintenance or environmental issues, and following post orders and incident response procedures

Qualifications
- HS or equivalent
