About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a transportation location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout terminals, public areas, operational spaces, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or policy concerns.; Monitor access points, observe pedestrian and vehicle activity, and report suspicious behavior, unauthorized access attempts, and/or maintenance-related issues through proper channels.; Support orderly operations by following post instructions, documenting incidents and/or daily activities, and assisting visitors, passengers, and staff with general questions and directions.
