About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors by following site-specific access control procedures and community policies.; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and help to deter unauthorized access to the residential location.; Document visitor activity, vehicle information, deliveries, and/or unusual incidents in required logs and reports.; Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including contacting emergency services when appropriate.; Conduct regular and random patrols around entrances, common areas, and perimeter locations to help identify security-related concerns and report issues promptly.
