About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner and document security-related concerns according to post guidelines.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify conditions needing attention.; Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and report visitor, contractor, and/or delivery issues in accordance with site policies.; Support a professional presence within a technology and communications-focused location by communicating clearly with employees, visitors, and/or local responders during routine and critical situations.
