About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, customers, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a retail location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the sales floor, parking areas, exterior perimeter, and other assigned areas to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas for suspicious behavior, assist with access-related concerns, and communicate with store personnel and/or local responders when needed; Support loss prevention awareness by observing customer and employee activity, documenting incidents, and helping to address policy violations, theft-related concerns, and/or disorderly conduct
