About the Role
Erickson Senior Living - Seabrook Village - Responsibilities: Participate in routine interior and exterior patrols of the buildings and grounds; Conduct safety checks and inspections in support of Life Safety and OSHA compliance; Receive calls for non-emergency service from dispatch and security by radio or telephone and respond timely and appropriately; Respond and assists in Community Emergencies, including but not limited to; fires, floods, severe weather, hazardous materials incidents, bomb threats, and evacuations; Screen all vehicle and pedestrian traffic entering the community and provide parking passes and instructions
