Security Officer - Retail Campus

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to the location; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and notifying appropriate personnel; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, sales floor areas, exterior walkways, parking areas, and perimeter as assigned; Monitor entrances, exits, and high-traffic areas to help identify unusual activity, policy violations, and/or customer service needs; Support loss prevention efforts by observing and reporting suspicious behavior, assisting with access control practices, and following post orders for retail operations
