About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a cultural institution location; Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and reporting issues through proper channels; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout public areas, entrances, exits, galleries, theaters, lobbies, and perimeter locations to help to deter unwanted activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor access points and visitor flow, assist with crowd management during performances and special events, and/or support orderly entry and exit procedures; Support staff, guests, and vendors with directions and general assistance while remaining attentive to security-related risks, policy compliance, and/or potential disruptions
