About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and other security-related policies across the location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns through the appropriate communication channels when needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout office spaces, lobbies, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and/or potential security-related concerns.; Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials and/or visitor information, and document daily activities, observations, and incident details in accordance with site guidelines.; Support emergency response activities and assist with directing occupants, controlling access, and communicating important updates during operational disruptions or other security-related events.
