Security Officer Patrol Monitor

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and staff by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and appropriate emergency response actions at a commercial property location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with property management and/or public responders as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify security-related concerns and report issues promptly.; Monitor entry and exit points, observe visitor and vendor activity, and follow post orders related to deliveries, after-hours access, and other property access requests.; Support daily operations by completing incident reports, maintaining accurate activity logs, and reporting maintenance, lighting, and other property-related concerns that may impact the location.
