About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to all personnel and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access support, and/or emergency response activities at a defense-related location; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting security-related concerns and notifying appropriate contacts as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions; Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials in accordance with site policies, and report suspicious behavior, hazards, and/or policy violations to site leadership; Support Allied Universal and site management by completing routine reports, maintaining post records, and communicating clearly with team members during daily operations and/or incidents
