About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and document observations according to site guidelines.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, including common areas, entrances, exits, parking areas, and perimeter locations.; Monitor access points and report unusual activity, unsecured doors, lighting issues, and/or other property concerns that could impact daily operations.; Support Allied Universal and property management by communicating clearly with occupants, guests, and/or first responders during routine activities and unusual events.

Qualifications
- 1+ year security experience or equivalent
- Valid security certification/license if required by jurisdiction
- Ability to communicate clearly under pressure
