About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and appropriate emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or first responders as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help identify security-related concerns, report irregularities, and deter unauthorized activity; Monitor entrances, lobbies, and other assigned areas to verify credentials, manage visitor access, and support orderly operations during normal business hours and after-hours periods; Complete detailed activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications, and support Allied Universal standards while working in a professional office environment
