Join Allied Universal at a dynamic aerospace and defense location as an unarmed patrol officer, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, and remain visible to help deter security-related incidents. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $24.38 / Hour Job Schedule: Wednesday to Sunday 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a highly regulated aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating relevant details to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, restricted areas, parking areas, and perimeter points to help identify unusual activity, unauthorized access, and/or potential hazards.
• Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials and/or visitor authorization as directed by site policies, and report discrepancies in accordance with established protocols.
• Support access control, incident reporting, and other security-related operations while working in environments and conditions that may vary based on location needs.

Minimum Requirements:

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• Possess an active DoD Secret Clearance.
• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
