About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or contractors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a technology-focused location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observed activity and communicating with site contacts as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor entry and exit activity, verify credentials when required, and report access concerns, maintenance issues, and/or policy-related violations to the appropriate personnel.; Support day-to-day operations by maintaining a visible presence, providing directions and assistance, and completing required logs, reports, and other assigned post duties.
