About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to guests, crew, staff, and/or visitors by carrying out screening procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a cruise operations location.; Screen passengers, employees, contractors, carry-on items, baggage, and/or supplies for prohibited items and unauthorized materials in accordance with post orders and screening protocols.; Monitor entry points, verify credentials, and document screening-related activity to help support orderly access and compliance with location requirements.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with supervisors and/or local responders as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols of screening areas, terminal spaces, boarding zones, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity and report security-related concerns.

Qualifications
- 1-2 years security or customer service experience (preferred)
