Security Officer Part Time Patrol Relief

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, and/or property staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant details to property management and/or emergency services as needed; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout residential buildings, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions; Monitor access points and visitor activity, document daily events and/or incidents, and report maintenance, lighting, or property-related concerns observed during patrols; Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
