About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to personnel and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government location.; Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting details and communicating with site contacts as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, entry points, and perimeter areas to help to deter unauthorized access and/or suspicious behavior.; Monitor access points and verify credentials in accordance with site policies, while reporting concerns, policy violations, and/or maintenance issues through proper channels.; Support daily operations by observing activity, assisting with directions and information, and following post orders related to security-related duties and incident response.
