About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, commuters, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government transportation location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while communicating with site contacts, supervisors, and/or public agencies as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout platforms, stations, facilities, entrances, restricted areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual behavior.; Monitor access points and public areas, report suspicious activity, and document incidents, observations, and/or policy violations in accordance with site protocols.; Support crowd management, directional assistance, and public-facing interactions during routine operations, service disruptions, and/or special circumstances while maintaining a professional presence.
