About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and/or staff by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observed activity and reporting concerns to site leadership.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the property, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential issues.; Monitor access points and activity across the location to help support site rules, assist with directions, and address unauthorized entry or policy concerns.; Communicate with property personnel, guests, and/or first responders as needed to support incident response, provide information, and complete required reports.
