About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities; Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts and/or emergency services as needed; Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the location, including lobbies, office areas, entrances, and perimeter access points, to deter unauthorized activity and/or unusual conditions; Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials where required, and report suspicious behavior, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations according to post instructions; Support day-to-day operations by maintaining a visible presence, assisting with directions and general inquiries, and completing required reports, logs, and/or incident documentation in a timely manner
Responsibilities
- Perform unarmed security patrols and monitor access points.
- Respond to incidents and assist with incident documentation.
- Deter unauthorized activity and report suspicious behavior.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid security officer license (if required)
- Ability to communicate effectively and stay calm during incidents
