About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the retail location, including storefronts, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter; Monitor access points, observe customer and tenant activity, and document incidents, maintenance concerns, and/or security-related issues according to site procedures; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate relevant information to site contacts and/or local responders as needed; Help to deter unauthorized activity, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior by maintaining a visible presence and reporting observations in a timely manner
