About the Role

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to patients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify unusual activity, access concerns, and/or conditions that may require attention.; Monitor entrances, exits, and restricted areas to help control access, observe visitor movement, and/or report security-related issues in accordance with site policies.; Support a professional environment by assisting with directions, answering general questions, and reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel.

Qualifications
