About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to staff, patients, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a healthcare location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and report details according to site protocols.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, hallways, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.; Monitor entrances, exits, and common areas to help to control access, observe visitor activity, and/or support a professional environment for patients and staff.; Assist with de-escalation support, directions, and general assistance as needed while maintaining awareness of security-related concerns across the location.
