About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and/or staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a dynamic technology-focused location.; Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and communicating with site contacts as needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site protocols, helping to support an orderly environment for employees, guests, and/or vendors.; Report maintenance concerns, suspicious activity, and/or policy violations to the appropriate personnel while following Allied Universal post orders and client guidelines.
