About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns to site leadership when needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols throughout academic buildings, residence areas, parking lots, and perimeter locations, with awareness that working environments and conditions may vary across the location.; Monitor access points and observe campus activity to help to deter unauthorized entry, policy violations, and/or suspicious behavior.; Support daily campus operations by assisting with directions, answering general questions, and reporting maintenance, lighting, and other security-related concerns noticed during patrols.
