About the Role

Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and/or visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a residential location.; Monitor access points and help to control entry and exit by verifying authorization, communicating with residents regarding visitor access, and documenting relevant activity.; Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and/or unusual situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating matters according to site procedures when needed.; Conduct regular and random patrols of community entrances, common areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.; Maintain accurate logs, reports, and communication records related to visitor access, deliveries, service providers, and/or incident activity.

Qualifications
