About the Role
Allied Universal - - Responsibilities: Provide customer service by carrying out assigned security-related procedures, location-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a public sector educational location.; Respond to incidents, disturbances, and/or critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner while documenting relevant details and notifying appropriate personnel.; Conduct regular and random patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or identify unusual conditions.; Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site procedures, helping to support orderly operations for students, staff, and authorized guests.; Assist with reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, and/or policy violations observed during patrols and interactions, following Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.
